I worked with them for Q2-3 2019 on hashtag research and community management and engagement (responding to DMs, inbound and outbound engagement, and brand outreach) on Instagram. Through this strategy, we saw:

• An 124.8% growth in overall Instagram followers.
• An average monthly growth of 5%.

It was over this period of time that I truly saw the power of social media as part of a brand’s overall marketing strategy. It was also the first time that I realized that it was totally possible to make a living by freelancing, and gave me the idea to someday own my own creative agency to help other businesses harness the power of digital marketing and social media.
